PSA Submission How To

How to Ship Your Cards to PSA Using The Card Club PSA Kit

Submitting your cards for grading can feel intimidating — but with The Card Club PSA Kit, everything you need is in one box. Follow these steps and you’ll be ready to ship with confidence.

Please note, this kit is designed for standard sized cards, 35pt, 55pt - it is not recommended for thick cards like patch cards.

Step 1 — Gather What You Need

Everything required is already inside your Card Club PSA Kit:

  • Penny sleeves (clear, standard size)
  • Semi-rigid card saver 1 (PSA-approved size: 3 5/16″ × 4 7/8″)
  • Cardboard dividers
  • Rubber bands
  • Bubble wrap sheets
  • Branded shipping box
  • Packing tape strip
  • Instruction guide (this page)

All you need to add: your completed PSA submission form.

Step 2 — Sleeve Your Cards

  • Take the penny sleeves from your kit.
  • Place each card into a clear sleeve to protect the surface.
  • Don’t use colored, opaque, or tight sleeves — they can delay grading.

Step 3 — Insert Into Semi-Rigid Holders

  • Slide each sleeved card into the semi-rigid holders provided in the kit.
  • Make sure both sides of the card are visible.
  • Do not use top-loaders, tape, or pull tabs; PSA won’t accept them.

Step 4 — Match Submission Order

  • Stack your cards in the exact order listed on your PSA submission form.
  • Item #1 should be on top, then #2, and so on.

Step 5 — Secure the Stack

  • Place the stack between the cardboard dividers included in your kit.
  • Wrap with rubber bands (2–3 bands are included).
  • Tight enough to stay together, but not so tight that it bends or damages the cards.

Step 6 — Wrap and Protect

  • Use the bubble wrap sheets from your kit to cushion the stack.
  • Place the wrapped stack inside the Card Club shipping box.
  • Fill extra space with the provided filler so cards don’t shift in transit.

Step 7 — Add Your Submission Form

  • Print your PSA submission form.
  • Place it inside the box with your cards.
  • If you’re sending multiple submissions, keep each one bundled separately with its own form.

Step 8 — Seal the Box

  • Use the packing tape strip provided in your kit to seal the box.
  • Make sure all seams are fully closed.

Step 9 — Attach Tracking Label and Shipment ID

  • Add the barcode to the side of the box
  • Print your PSA shipping label from the PSA confirmation page.
  • Tape it directly to the outside of the box so the barcode is clear and scannable.

Step 10 — Ship to the Right Address

Use the correct PSA address based on your submission type:

Type of Submission USPS Address UPS / FedEx / DHL Address
